Returns & lifetime warranty

Try SNAP for 45 days. If it doesn't feel right — too tight, too loose, wrong color, just not your vibe — send it back for a full refund. We pay the return shipping. And every SNAP is backed by a lifetime warranty against magnet failure, stitching failure, or leather defects.

45-day return window

1. Email returns@snapwallet.co with your order number.
2. We send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
3. Drop it at any USPS or UPS location.
4. Refund hits your original payment method within 3–5 business days of arrival.

What qualifies for return

• Returned within 45 calendar days of delivery
• Wallet included (adapter ring optional)
• Reasonable wear is fine — we expect you to actually try it
• One return per household per 12 months

Lifetime warranty

If your SNAP fails at any point in its lifespan due to a manufacturing defect — magnets weaken, stitching unravels, leather cracks abnormally — we replace it. No proof of purchase needed if you used the email at checkout, no fight, no fee.

What's not covered: water damage (we recommend keeping it dry), cosmetic patina changes (that's a feature), and accidents like running it over with a car (it happens).

Damaged on arrival

If your SNAP shows up scratched, the leather looks wrong, or the magnets are dead from the jump — email us within 7 days with a photo. We ship a replacement immediately. You don't even need to return the original; just keep it as a backup.

Exchanges

Wrong color? Wanted tan instead of black? Email us and we'll send the right one out before you return the original. Lifetime love for our customers.

International returns

We accept returns from any country. International customers cover return shipping, but the refund still goes back in full. We do not refund original international shipping fees.
