Every SNAP ships within 1 business day of being ordered. Tracking lands in your inbox the moment the carrier scans the label.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes their country assesses. We ship DDU (duty unpaid) unless your country requires otherwise.
Every order ships with a tracking number from USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on destination. You'll get it via email and SMS (if you opted in at checkout). Tracking updates within an hour of the carrier scan.
If your tracking says delivered but the wallet isn't there, give it 48 hours (carriers occasionally mis-scan). After that, email orders@snapwallet.co with your order number and we'll either reship or refund — your call.
We can update your address as long as the package hasn't shipped. Once it's in transit it cannot be redirected — reply to your order confirmation within an hour for the best shot.
